Returns outside of the UK and Ireland will be returned at the customers own expense for the exception that if the products are damaged, faulty or not as described.
We do not offer a UK returns collection service but you can arrange this service at your own cost via Royal Mail.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of despatch.
Returned goods must be in an un-used, un-washed, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene we cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers or toiletries unless they are faulty. Please note that all exchanges / refunds must be made through our customer services department and we can only process returns that you have purchased online. Refunds cannot be made through any of our stores under any circumstances.
Upon delivery of your order missing or damaged items must be reported within 48hours.
We will only refund the value of items returned and credit will be arranged within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a free gift and decide to return all or some of the product(s) under our 30 day return policy, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to less than the free gift threshold the free gift must be returned. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the money refunded.
